Good Intention can go BAD

She was 1 of the kitten born by the stray cat at my void deck whom my mum feeds everyday.
She was only 5months old.
She was brought home by Someone staying at my blk to keep as pet.
She must have felt uncomfortable staying at someone's house.
Cause, after one week, she was found lying injured at the void deck.

.

Apparently, she escaped from the house by jumping out of the kitchen window.
My mum decided to bring her to vet hoping to save it.
While at the vet, we named her fi.fi on the particulars form.
The vet examined her spine & hit on her hind leg & tail but to no response from fi.fi

So... fi.fi's lower part of the whole body was paralyzed. *cry*
The vet advised us to put fi.fi to sleep to shorten her torment.
Because, fi.fi will never recover; she can never walk & jump about like her other siblings, she can't pass motion or urine normally & her lower portion of body will gradually rot away due to continuous dragging using her 2 front legs & we have no idea if her internal organs are hurt too. & we can't bring fi.fi home to take care as my to.to will only further scare this poor kitten to hell
So, with a heavy heart & tearing eyes, we agreed to put her to sleep.

As a result of that someone's good intention of adopting a stray kitten, an innocent live is lost. We do not know who is that someone but if i do know who he/she is one day, i will ask if him/her can sleep at ease knowing that a cat U adopted jumped out of your flat.
Cat does not has 9 lives. The myth
is all a lie.

This is not my first time experiencing 生离死别 with animal. I have had many pets before (rabbits, cats, birds, hamsters, tortoises etc) & many left me crying with heartache when angel of death took them away from me.
Looking at my to.to now, i can't help wonder, if one day he becomes old & sickly that is beyond cure, will i have the courage to sign on that "put to sleep consent form" or will selfishly chose to let him suffer in pain juz so that i can keep him by my side for limited dayz. Up till today, the image of my fav. pet rabbit, bunny, lying in my arms grasping for air during her last moment is still intact in my mind.
分离好痛
