I got Star-dusted

If u like "Hocus Pocus" type of magic where a sorceress waves her hand, & poof! - a man dissolves into a cloud of blue pixie dust, which fades away to reveal that he is now a mouse; u will like Stardust. It's a great date movie that is funny, thrilling, charming with all the magical Disney effects.

Claire Danes played the role of the fallen star - Yvaine at ease as the role is somewhat similar to her role in "Romeo + Juliet."
Charlie Cox is good as both the village boy & the charming prince.
The best is watching the scenes of vampy and amusing witch (Michelle Pfeiffer). She seems to have stop the time at 25yrs old as a great beauty. *wondering how did she do that??*
Robert De Niro is another hilarious character who is a macho-hammy-swishy pirate.

I was kept glued to the screen throughout the 2hrs+ mythology overflowing with scorned princes, fiendish warlocks, airborne pirates, bitter old witches & twinkle stars.
A movie that is definitely worth double dose of star power!
