So i am doing what is listed according to this survey. In fact, i got promoted to managerial level & i know for fact that i am earning more than some of my same level frenz & my capability is recoginsed by my immediate boss.
But why do i still feel unmotivated??
There could be a few reasons:
- my office is dammmn far far away
- my colleagues are juz colleagues to me; not frenz
- i have a super duper "niao" & incapable boss
- i only get comm after clients paid up; & there are bad paying masters who caused me not getting what i deserve
- i don't get as much (or should i say preferred) freebies as compared to if i am doing lifestyle type of magazine
i guess it's time to ponder my career path. & looking at the list, i really don't mind being an artist or entrepreneur or psychologist. hah!
