I have always prefer man to be a little 大男人. Knowing when to make decisions, when to stand firm yet also know when to dote on their 女友 & give in to their unreasonable demands. I believed that 两个相爱的人 can still have their own individual life & enjoy it.
Hence, i cannot stand it or i should say i am pissed when my guy frenz are so 怕老婆 (not that they are already married) that they do unacceptable behaviors like the following:
1. Be a spoilsport by going home early when she calls or when she is unhappy that he is meeting us, leaving the rest of us behind.
2. Unable to make it to our pre-arranged gathering, because he is with her & she needs him to accompany her for more than 6hrs.
3. To make it worse, he juz send an SMS saying "he is not coming" & then OFF his hp. My guess is to prevent us from further terrorizing him to come & join us.
4. Bringing her along to almost all of our gatherings even though she is not invited. (it is not that i don't like her. But u gotta understand, its juz a little inconvenient to speak whatever we want when she is around)
5. Spending all of his free time with her that as a result, our usual practice of meet ups get lesser & lesser.
6. & when we FINALLY is going to have a gathering, he requested us to meet at a location convenient to her (cause she can't go home too late) yet inconvenient to us ALL! In the 1st place, it's OUR gathering, why should we 迁就 her!
7. he proposed to her months back, yet i only got to know recently through MSN. How could i being your good frenz (at least i see myself as 1) , to be the last to know such major issue!

I can understand that she MAY be The One to 倍你走完一身, but is it really enough to juz have 女友 & no 朋友?? Esp we are 朋友 that have known each other for N years, being through many ups & downs of each others' life! But all these are forsake juz for her?? 值得吗?? Frankly speaking, 事事难料的. Anyway, what's life when there is no 朋友!
Strangely, I don't have such problem with all my gal frenz. I think we gers are more 自动吧!
