Today received a call from a long time friend.
a friend whom i treasure dearly since schooling dayz.
When i was in my down period, feeling deserted;
he sat by me & made my schooling dayz more endurable.
After graduation, we kinda lost contact as we went to different poly.
On & off i gotten updates about him; shifted house, changed girlfriend, switched career path.
Today, his unexpected yet familiar voice through the other side of the phone is to invite me to his wedding! *happiness for him*
We chatted happily about the past & the present; the feeling of talking with old friends (coz we did a 3-way conference call with YH) is so heart-warming.
Then, i did a check of the date of his big day & realized that i will not be in Spore! *thunder + lightening* (Recap: my Japan trip is from 27th Mar to 4th Apr)
Now, those who remembered, i missed 玲‘s big day 2 years back cause i was in Hong Kong.
Now history has repeated again!

just when i’m full of anticipation of meeting all the old friends again, this has to happen. Shit!
Anyway, i’m looking forward to this Sunday meet up which is supposedly to pass us the invitations.
i think if this goes on, 1 fine day if i decided to get hitch, none of my school mates will be coming cause i've been missing out on their big dayz! :/

i think to be safe, u peps should give me the date of your big day way way in advance so that i can block out any traveling plan or work schedule or whatsoever!
i really don't want to miss out such event again.
