i have some wonderful thoughts to share with u peps about work life:

Pet - the one that boss dote & takes care of.
Regardless of what he/she did, in the boss's eyes it is RIGHT.
As such, he/she's unreasonable requests are deemed very well valid & will be accorded.
娘娘身边的公公

Pad (sanitary pad) - used only when necessary.
No matter what he/she did, it is WRONG in boss's eyes. Even if it wasn't done by him/her, the fault will become his/her responsibility.
All his/her requests (reasonable or not) will not be approve.
All that he/she can bare, are the shitty works.
娘娘的出气桶

Pack - the remainder ones in the group.
easily replaceable, yet most efforts are unnoticeable. In simple terms, just another staff.
娘娘身边的宫女

So are u a pet or pad or just someone in the pack, in your boss's eye?
