Just last fri, S was casually mentioning that the higher management was talking about now being the best opportunity to pick out those who are not performing and get replacement. As the pool out there is huge and they can easily get someone who is hungry for money, thus perform better on the job.
It's now a employer-in-demand market.
Excuse me, but i personally think if that is the kind of mentality of the management, this is not gonna boast any morale of the people who are slogging for the company.
And to think that the co. has participate in the "Employer of Choice".
Lots of rooms for improvement i would think.
