i am really surprise to know that your budget for upcoming youth event surpassed the original estimated budget of US$75 million (SGD $104 million) by more than 3 times.

Although our little island is currently been flooded with images of Lyo & Merly, giving the impression that you are spending big bucks to publicize about this International event;
i'm not deceived.
From what i know most of your marketing spaces are given complementary to your committee and at the same time you are also getting sponsors funding to assist in the advertisement productions.
So your marketing spend should be very very minimal
Unless of coz the fee to engage JJ to sing "Oh Yeh! Oh Yeh! Oh Yeh! Hey!" is way too high?
So i really don't understand where did all the monnies gone to.
Much less don't agree that this is necessary.
