Jan 2011 came & gone in a flash.
It seems short to me.
It has been a a very eventful month for me.
Started off preparing for Cambodia trip then flew off to Siem Reap on 10th Jan for 5days to experience the beauty of Angkor Wat, the simplicity of Tonle Sep Floating Village children & how can i forget the amazing orphans whom touched my heart.
Back to my comforting bed for 3 days before zooming off to Bali for a special project which went on smoothly except for a little overrun which caused a glitch.
Ended off Jan with the demise of my ah ma, the one and only i have memory of.
My last photo taken with her 2 yrs back.
The strong, stubborn ah ma who helped my aunt brought up 4 kids.
The ah ma who used to removed her dentures halfway through the meals & can only speak hokkien.
The ah ma who used to stay just next door & took care of me & sis when we were in primary school as dad & mum went working.
The ah ma who later become dementia and will ask me who i am everytime she sees me.
All that is left of ah ma now is just ashes.
No more ah gong, Now no more ah ma too.
家里没有一老了.
