日本行之Kyoto篇

After breakfast, we went on to visit 清水寺 in Kyoto.
The main hall is a national treasure where the king used to watch performances.
& the temple structure was built on a cliff edge which offers a very spectacular panoramic view of Kyoto.
Within the same premise, a love temple is also located within.
Lotsa of peps will come here to write down their wish for their love & tied it to the board.

Along the way, i also managed to catch a glimpse of a Geisha.

But she is not a real Geisha lah.
Just a girl dressed up as one.
According to Billy, it normally take at least 2hrs to dress up fully as Geisha due to the kimono which takes skill to dress & the special make up they apply.

Speaking of kimono, we were next brought to a textile center where we can witness live making of the textile of kimono & enjoy a kimono fashion show.

After lunch, we went to 金阁寺 which is covered with real gold!

My! Luckily it is located within the center of a lake, if not i think the gold will all be scratch out by visitors! Like wise at 清水寺, here also has peps writing down their wishes (not about love this time) on a note & tied it to the string.
to be continue. . .
